Our processing time is 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Q4: What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
